R&R Engineers & Surveyors Inc. is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer ready to step beyond production and into project leadership. You'll own key design elements, mentor junior engineers, and work directly with clients and agencies on impactful land development projects.
What You'll Do
  • Lead grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design
  • Produce and review Civil 3D construction plans
  • Coordinate with agencies and multidisciplinary teams
  • Oversee reports, submittals, and QA/QC
  • Mentor junior staff and support project delivery

What You Bring
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • EI required; PE (or in progress) preferred
  • 3-6 years of land development experience
  • Strong Civil 3D skills
  • Colorado project experience
  • Proven ownership mindset and technical leadership
