Location: This position is required to be on-site, M-F, 5090 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00.

Meta Power Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quoting Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales quoting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements and our internal sales, engineering, and estimating teams. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, estimators, engineering, and executive team to facilitate successful sales operations. This job description is not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, and the employee should expect to be asked to perform other duties that may fall outside of this position.


Responsibilities:

Quotations:

  • Quoting Process Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of sales quotes, ensuring all customer specifications are met and deadlines are adhered to
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to gather necessary information for quotes
  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical data and market trends to identify pricing strategies and optimize quoting processes
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotes, providing updates, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline quoting operations
  • Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor new/junior team members on quoting procedures and best practices
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on quoting activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to inform management decisions
  • Other responsibilities or as required


Estimating:

  • Assign Estimators and Engineers to opportunities
  • Manage and create container solution quotes
  • Create all container quotes after managing the SWB and XFMR quotes.
  • Manage and create MV gear quotes.


Accounts Receivable:

  • Contacting customers to collect outstanding balances.
  • Resolving accounts receivable issues both internally and with clients.
  • Negotiating payment terms in collaboration with the customer and legal team.


Executive Assistance:

  • Addressing customer inquiries related to quotes and orders.
  • Coordination/Scheduling of meetings.
  • Sending reminders as needed.
  • Assisting with required documentation.
  • Monitoring email communications.
  • Making calls to customers.
  • Handling urgent issues as they arise.
  • Other Special Projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, or a similar role, preferably in the power solutions or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and quoting methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
