Technical Product Manager - SAP (Quote to Cash)Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Principal Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) domain to lead strategic product initiatives across quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and revenue processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), SAP BRIM, CPQ, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, along with a proven track record of driving enterprise-scale transformations and M&A integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive Quote-to-Cash product strategy and execution from requirements through delivery.
  • Define product roadmaps, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and integrated solutions.
  • Lead initiatives across quoting, contracting, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Drive integration and optimization of SAP OTC, SAP BRIM, CPQ, and Contracting platforms.
  • Support M&A integration activities, including process harmonization, system consolidation, data migration, and operational alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and user experience across the QTC ecosystem.
Requirements:Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP Order-to-Cash, and SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
  • Exposure with one or more CPQ platforms such as CPQ Pros or equivalent.
  • Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Proven experience participating in or leading Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives, including integration of acquired companies, products, systems, pricing models, and Quote-to-Cash operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
