Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quotations Coordinator.

Starting at $26 and may be higher based on experience

Schedule (on-site) - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Your duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

  • Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted aligns with project requirements.
  • Develop competitive quotations according to local market strategy.
  • Create and maintain projects within bid tracing software (Salesforce).
  • Engage with vendors to acquire pricing in a timely manner and organize received quotations.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails professionally and direct inquiries to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Partner with the Quotations Manager to support project coordination, provide updates, and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Follow up with sales associates to determine project award status.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Track and manage multiple requests in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Construction-related quotations or estimating experience, highly preferred
  • Experience with waterworks products, highly preferred
  • Prior use of Planswift or similar estimating software, a plus
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and multitasking skills needed, including the ability to juggle multiple, urgent requests
  • Possess a high aptitude for working independently and self-management
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
  • Strong proficiency with computer and software programs, including Microsoft Applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
