Job description

Prchal Petersen Group, LLC -Tax and Accounting Tax Firm seeking Senior Level candidates that have a good understanding of accounting principles who can prepare tax returns and support various aspects of accounting for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

· Personal and Business Tax Return Preparation

· Financial Reporting

o Income Statements and Balance Sheets

o Processing Payroll

o Sales Tax Preparation

· Monthly and Quarterly Payroll Tax reports

· Account Reconciliations

· Accounts Receivable

· Accounts Payable

· Sending correspondence to clients and taxing agencies

· Other data requests from clients

Requirements:

· CPA/EA required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a credible College/University

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Tax/Accounting field required

· QuickBooks experience preferred

· Audit experience preferred

· Detail Oriented with financial and numeric data

· Strong Computer skills-knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications with Excel a must

· Independent worker & self-starter

· Strong Leadership skills

· Great Time Management Skills

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
