Administrative Coordinator


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be very bright.
  • Advanced QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Contactor preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. 
  • PDF editing experience.
  • Experience in construction, design, architectural, lighting, or furniture firm very helpful.
  • Fluent English.
  • Administrative experience.

DUTIES:

  • Assist team to facilitate purchases for projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate information between administration, design members, and project site.
  • Prepare quotations, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track purchase orders including shipping status, dates, receipts, and final locations. 
  • Monitor and log project status and material requirements.
  • General administrative tasks.
