Logistics Coordinator

Description
**URGENT FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a On-Site Logistics Coordinator who serves as the link between LSS management, suppliers, carriers, warehouse operations, and end users, ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials (Check-In).
  • Maintain inventory in warehouse management system.
  • Coordinate release and deliveries to technicians and operational teams (Check-Out).
  • Track safety-stock levels and maintain tight control.
  • Conduct scheduled ABC, Cycle-Counts on the site.
  • Resolve inventory variances and support procurement activities.
  • Support replenishment process by capturing usage rates, maintaining PAR levels and controlling safety-stock.
  • Ensure materials are available to prevent operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system.
  • nvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment activities with Procurement.
    Shipping and Receiving
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with drivers, suppliers as needed.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents. Check-In; receipts in warehouse management system,
  • Prepare Receiving documentation, including Material Receipts, bills of lading and packing lists as needed.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers regarding deliveries and pickups.

Material Coordination
  • Ensure materials are available to support operating units within the site.
  • Track movement of materials throughout the facility.
  • Organize, stage and distribute ("check-out") inventory to units within the site
  • Expedite critical deliveries within the site when needed.
    Operational Support
  • Communicate daily with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and site management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
  • Assist in supporting safety and compliance procedures.
    Reporting and Documentation
  • Generate inventory and inbound shipment reports.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, returns, damaged goods, and shortages
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, on-time deliveries, and freight costs.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews.
