M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is a growing exterior remodeling company headquartered in Houston, TX specializing in roofing, windows, and siding. As we expand into the Austin market, we are building a high-performing sales team focused on strong leadership, professional development, and long-term growth.

We are seeking motivated, experienced sales professionals who want to control their income, build relationships with homeowners, and grow within a performance-driven organization.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Consultation

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Identify roofing, window, or siding needs and recommend solutions
  • Educate customers on materials, installation process, and project expectations
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates
  • Follow up consistently on open proposals until the opportunity is won or closed

Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage projects from sale through completion
  • Order materials and coordinate delivery with suppliers
  • Schedule installation with homeowners and installation crews
  • Ensure all required materials are delivered prior to installation

Installation Oversight & Quality Control

  • Attend job start to ensure proper communication and homeowner confidence
  • Remain available during installation for any scope or material adjustments
  • Communicate unexpected issues with homeowners in real time
  • Conduct final walkthrough and project completion inspection
  • Ensure proper job site cleanup and removal of unused materials

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Collect final payment upon project completion
  • Submit labor invoices and required documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate project records in QuickBase
  • Coordinate customer payments and documentation

Business Development

  • Request reviews and referrals from satisfied customers
  • Identify new opportunities within neighborhoods and surrounding areas
  • Maintain strong relationships with past customers for repeat business
