The Client is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detailoriented, and capable of managing correspondence, scheduling, records management, and general office coordination while supporting departmental staff and leadership.
Responsibilities:

1. Develops, drafts, writes, and edits reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a clients requirements.
2. Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records, and files; provides end-user support; and performs general administrative duties.
3. Assists in budgetary, billing, and financial management.
4. Prepares and/or maintains systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user reference manuals.
5. Responsible for monitoring IT and Telecommunication equipment processing orders and receiving.
6. Track incoming systems equipment and logging into the QuickBase IT Equipment inventory database.
7. Track and prepare documentation and disposal equipment for agency End of Life (EOL).
8. Enter PASS procurement requisition for the IT Division\OSA for systems hardware.
9. Track and manage Software License and distribution of user account
10. First point of contact for telephone, voicemail, email and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies.
11. Monitor, host and manage WebEx and MS Team Meeting.
12. Experienced in Asset Tracking management of system equipment and deposal.
12. Able to lift 40lbs of equipment.
