Job description

The QuickBase Administrator for Viaero Fiber Networks helps to support and enhance our business systems. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, managing data integrity, and maintaining secure, high-performing QuickBase applications. This administrator is both technically proficient and business-minded, capable of bridging operational needs with system functionality. This is an onsite position located in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities


Platform Administration

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of QuickBase applications.

Manage user access, roles, and security configurations across all environments.

Monitor system health, plan capacity, and optimize performance.

Oversee data integrations between QuickBase and other systems via APIs, webhooks, or IPaaS solutions.

Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.

Application Development & Support

Design and develop new QuickBase applications and features to meet business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical requirements and workflows.

Customize and automate workflows to improve efficiency.

Review, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within existing QuickBase solutions.

Support custom page development using QuickBase APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (review-level familiarity acceptable).

Qualifications


Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with the QuickBase platform (administration preferred; development experience considered).

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of relational database design and lifecycle management.

Experience integrating QuickBase with other systems through APIs and automation tools.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for reviewing or supporting custom functionality.

Analytical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including data analysis and reporting.

Strong problem-solving and system-thinking abilities for workflow design and optimization.

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Background in telecommunications or related experience preferred

Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record. Must pass drug testing that follows Federal guidelines.
