Position Overview:
Quick Roofing is looking for a high-performing Roofing Sales Consultant to join our McKinney, TX team as storm season drives peak demand. In this role, you'll generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted, storm-affected neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
  • Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
  • Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
  • Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals
  • Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
  • Sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus
