Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and consult with customers for vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and repair estimates in a high-volume KIA service center.

  • 3+ years as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer in a high-volume dealership (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus!).
  • Proven track record in customer service excellence, sales closing, and explaining repair services
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, vehicle systems, and industry trends like EV transitions.
  • Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability in a busy 26-bay service environment, and a valid driver's license.
  • Training from dealer equivalent preferred; tech-savvy with CSI scores above 95%.
