The Automotive Quick-Lane Technician will:

  • Perform Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner.
  • Perform Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing.
  • Light Duty Repair work - Wipers, Air & Cabin Filters, Battery testing.
  • Provide Service Advisor with a quality inspection and communicate recommendations when needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
  • Ensure guest vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect.
  • Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
  • Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
  • Willing to help out in any area of the service department where needed, this could include building and grounds
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Must be a fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
