Job description

Indiana University Health Medical Group has an employment opportunity for an Otolaryngologist to join their supportive and & collegial practice, in Muncie Indiana. When you join our team, you are joining the best in Indiana.

Our ENT Physicians enjoy performing a wide variety of procedures with the flexibility to develop and grow a practice aligned with their clinical interests and passions. This is a highly productive practice with strong referral patterns, offering immediate patient volume and the opportunity to build a thriving practice from day one.

Employment Opportunity Details

  • Full time 
  • Monday - Friday schedule (8am-4:30pm)
  • Collegial, quality focused, supportive, and excellent referral relationships within the group.
    • Experienced NP who supports all surgeons
    • Engaged clinical staff with low turnover 
  • Large multispecialty group in a single hospital community
  • 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient
  • Perform surgeries in main OR and surgery center 1-2 days a week 
  • Procedures- tonsils and adenoids, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroids, tubes, biopsies, tongue ties 
  • Established patient base 
  • Call schedule: 1 in 4 rotation
  • Location: Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN (no outreach locations)

Minimum job requirements (qualifications)

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
  • Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Visa sponsorship available; H-1B, J1
  • Open to residents and practicing physicians

  • Competitive Base Salary (2 years guaranteed)
  • Production/Incentive (WRVUs)
  • Sign-on Bonus (amount is variable; up to $20,000/year based on years of commitment)
