Client Onboarding Associate

Role Summary

Supports delivery and onboarding operations including scheduling deliveries, coordinating installations, managing order workflow, supporting service calls in the field, and preparing and installing equipment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

·        Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries and installations

·        Update and process sales orders and delivery details in system

·        Manage delivery queue including serial numbers, IDs, and timelines

·        Prepare, stage, and configure equipment for delivery

·        Perform and support on-site equipment installations and setup

·        Support service calls in the field as needed

·        Monitor backorders and resolve delivery or inventory delays

·        Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization

·        Process returns, RMAs, and equipment recovery

·        Ensure all documentation and system updates are complete and accurate

·        Other duties as assigned

Daily Focus

·        Schedule and confirm deliveries

·        Update install calls and assignments

·        Prepare equipment for delivery

·        Support installs and customer setups

·        Support service calls as needed

·        Resolve operational issues and escalations
