Job description

Supply Chain Coordinator
ABOUT NEATO

Neato is a 2P eCommerce accelerator. We buy inventory from brands and operate as their exclusive online retailer across every major channel - Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC, and Walmart - fulfilled from a single inventory pool. When our brands grow, we grow with them, because we own the inventory and the outcome.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for our 3P brands, focused on inventory and production planning. You'll keep our 3P brands healthy on stock and keep the right product moving - from the build floor into Amazon's fulfillment network. That means watching inventory health across the brands, deciding which SKUs need to get built and uploaded next, turning that into a production plan the warehouse can execute, building the FBA shipments and inbound plans that ship product to Amazon, and keeping the data behind it all clean.

This is a high-volume, detail-driven, hands-on seat. You won't own the forecast or the buy - our planning tools FlowCast and demand planner handle the numbers. Your job is to interpret and action the plan: prioritize what's at risk, get it built and shipped on cadence, and keep clean numbers flowing for reporting. You're also the connective tissue on the team - the person who backs up freight when our logistics coordinator is out, and keeps coordination and transportation moving together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inventory & production planning

Own inventory health across the 3P brands - monitor where every brand and SKU stands, catch problems early, and keep the book healthy on stock.

Prioritize what gets built and uploaded - spot at-risk / near-out-of-stock SKUs before they run dry and push them to the front of the line.

Plan production with the warehouse - take the production hours each build requires, coordinate with the warehouse on incoming line hours, and finalize a schedule that fits.

Run inventory-health analysis and reporting - pull the numbers on where brands and SKUs actually stand and turn them into clear, current reporting for the team.

FBA shipment & inbound execution

Build the FBA shipments FlowCast calls for - across many 3P brands, on each brand's replen rhythm - the breadth job: carry a lot of brands without one slipping out of stock.

Create Amazon inbound plans - that flow product into Amazon's network on cadence.

Work the exceptions - when a build doesn't clear cleanly (a constraint, a data gap, an Amazon hiccup), run it down and get the shipment out.

Keep Seller Central inbound clean - routing and shipment accuracy correct so shipments land without friction.

Data & coverage

Keep 3P brand data current and accurate - right data in means right builds out; double-check brand data at onboarding handoff and keep it clean from there.

Back up logistics on freight - cover truck scheduling and freight coordination when our logistics coordinator is out, so shipments never stall.

Cross-cover a fellow coordinator - on surge and PTO, and be the bridge across coordination, the warehouse, and logistics.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

In-stock health - the 3P brand book stays in stock; out-of-stocks kept to a minimum.

OOS prevention - at-risk SKUs caught and actioned before they run dry.

Shipments on rhythm - FBA builds and inbound plans go out on cadence across many brands; exceptions worked down fast, not left sitting.

Clean Seller Central inbound - shipments land without routing friction or errors.

Reporting quality - clean, current inventory-health reporting the team can trust.

Reliable coverage - freight and coordination never stall when a teammate is out.

WHAT YOU BRING

Supply chain / e-commerce exposure - marketplace operations, fulfillment, or planning exposure - or strong hands-on operations experience you're ready to build on (internal warehouse/production experience is a real asset here).

Proven accuracy at volume - you've kept a queue or a book clean at volume - many SKUs, orders, or shipments without dropping one.

Planning and analytical mindset - you can read inventory data, reason about capacity, hours, and sequence, and turn it into a prioritized plan.

Comfortable in software - you pick up new tools quickly and work confidently in spreadsheets (lookups, filters, basic pivots). Our stack: FlowCast, Google Sheets, Excel, Amazon Seller Central, SKUVault (IMS), and Flow.

Exception-minded problem-solver - when a SKU is at risk or a build won't clear, you dig in and resolve it rather than park it.

Organized and cadence-disciplined - you work to each brand's rhythm and keep a clean queue.

Clear communicator and team player - you flag blockers early and pitch in when a teammate needs cover.

NICE TO HAVE

Amazon Seller Central / FBA experience - inbound shipment creation, FBA replenishment, inventory management.

Production scheduling/capacity planning - translating demand into a build plan or line schedule.

Freight / logistics coordination - booking or scheduling trucks.

FlowCast experience - or a comparable planning/OMS tool.

Stronger spreadsheet or data skills

WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS

This is a growth seat with real ownership. You'll run the inventory-health and production-planning engine for our 3P brands, learn the full mechanics of keeping brands in stock on the world's biggest marketplace, and work across the whole supply chain - brands, warehouse, and freight - with a clear path toward senior coordinator and planning roles as you take on more.
