Job description

Essential Functions:

Handle inquiries from Quest client base and Quest IT Department. Including providing quotes, processing and tracking orders in a timely manner.

Research various distribution resources to obtain best pricing availability.

Utilize manufactures reps, technical support personnel, and websites to answer technical questions.

Utilize manufactures websites for hardware configuration and pricing.

Enter client activity into Quest CRM, track, and follow up with clients on all quotes provided

Daily communication with outside and Partner Sale Reps regarding client opportunities and quotes.

Daily communication with Quest client regarding order status.

Daily communication with Quest internal departments such as IT, Accounting, Purchasing, Shipping, and receiving, as necessary.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service in the Technology field.

Ability to handle and prioritize client and vendor requests in a timely and professional manner.

Effective customer handling and decision making.

Ability to handle large volume of call and email requests from clients and vendors.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Knowledge and experience of Excel and Word.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with proven time management skills.

Detailed person with the ability to follow instructions with little supervision.

Working in the technology field for a VAR or Retailer a plus.

Working Conditions / Environment & Physical Demands:

Wages and Benefits:
