We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our growing team and play a critical role in supporting revenue growth, strategic sales initiatives, and client retention efforts.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, strategy, and project management. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Services, and Leadership teams to develop compelling proposals, create customized client-facing content, and support initiatives that directly influence business outcomes across both new and existing accounts.

What You'll Do:Drive Winning Proposals
  • Lead the end-to-end management of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop compelling, differentiated responses.
  • Create tailored executive summaries, value propositions, and proposal content that align with each client's unique challenges and goals.
Enable Revenue Growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives and Sales Leadership throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Support both new business opportunities and client retention efforts through customized content, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Develop account-specific messaging that aligns Quest's solutions with each organization's business objectives.
Customize Sales Content & Presentations
  • Create customized presentations, executive summaries, ROI frameworks, solution overviews, and opportunity-specific materials.
  • Partner with sales teams to tailor product demonstrations and client-facing narratives to address prospect needs, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.
  • Translate core marketing messages into targeted, buyer-specific content.
Optimize Sales Effectiveness
  • Maintain and continuously improve proposal content libraries, response databases, and sales enablement resources.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered proposal and content management tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practices across revenue-generating teams.
Deliver Actionable Insights
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track proposal performance, response effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide recommendations that strengthen positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in RFP management, proposal writing, product marketing, or sales enablement — preferably in a B2B SaaS or healthcare IT environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent RFPs under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Strong writing skills with experience translating technical product capabilities into clear, buyer-relevant language
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and holding SMEs accountable to timelines and deliverables
  • Familiarity with RFP management or AI-assisted proposal tools (e.g., GTM Buddy, Responsive/RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian, Copilot, ChatGPT, or other proposal automation platforms) to streamline proposal development, content management, and response quality.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing or sales enablement functions in a complex B2B sales environment
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, sales content management platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Healthcare, health plan, or healthcare IT background a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills
