Job description

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist with advanced training in Pancreatology to join a highly regarded, innovative team of interventional endoscopists at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC)-the flagship tertiary-quaternary referral hospital within the Sutter Health network.

This role offers a robust referral base and a practice focused on the comprehensive management of benign pancreatic diseases, including recurrent acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic cystic lesions. The program receives significant regional referrals, providing both clinical depth and procedural variety.

Physicians will have the opportunity to participate in-and help shape-cutting-edge clinical and translational research, including work in chemoablation and radiofrequency ablation of pancreatic neoplasms. Candidates with interest in program development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and academic engagement will find an ideal platform to grow and lead.
