Digital Assets Trading Associates

We are seeking a Digital Assets Trading Associates, you will be responsible for our client's crypto wallet infrastructure, trading, and treasury management systems that are responsible for customer liquidity and digital currency trading. In your role, you will have oversight over our customers' cryptocurrency wallets as well as trading activities, working with our Crypto Operations manager where you manage daily crypto trading operations and workflows, including coin transfers, reconciliation, and post-trade settlement. ADL combines tailored financial, FX and cryptocurrency accessibility and financial security solutions with superior one-on-one service. Our clients range from individuals, small startups to multinational and publicly traded corporations. We trade a wide range of financial assets in many different ways. This means we look for different types of traders, from the quantitative minds who enjoy the mathematical side of trading to those who want more of the fast-paced, hands-on style of trading and have a higher appetite for risk.

Responsibility This is an extremely rare and unique opportunity for growth in Digital Asset management and investment. In this role, you will:

  • Trading and growing a book of digital assets.
  • Mastering Crypto exchanges
  • Facilitate purchases and sales of tradable assets (Buying, Selling, deposit and Withdrawing Digital assets)
  • Adjust trading parameters to maximise profitability.
  • Oversight and management of crypto trading platforms
  • Identify and implement process improvements related to trading operations.
  • Exercising extreme discipline in volatile markets
  • Provide additional support to the Trading and Finance teams as needed.

Requirements No previous experience in trading or financial markets is required? Just have the passion and we'll have the training to support you along the way. Outstanding analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and complete complex tasks within strict time frames. Strong attention to detail Must have a verified Crypto Wallet for Trading (Already verified for "Buying, Selling, deposit and Withdrawing Digital assets) Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines. Proven ability to work independently and complete tasks and projects autonomously.

ONBOARDING As a Digital Assets Trading Associates, you will begin your career at ADL with an extensive 3 month remote training program. During this program, you will learn everything you need to know about our core business, the financial products we trade and the intricacies surrounding our trading processes, including pricing strategies and our proprietary trading systems. You will be assigned to an established trading peers based on your skills and interests. Gradually, you will take on more responsibilities, start monitoring markets and be able to make split-second decisions to contribute to the overall profitability for your team!

Pay A$700 Weekly Compensation · Commissions of 5% on each trading/exchange you facilitate.
