As an FP&A Advise Manager, you will help organizations strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities so they can make more informed business decisions. This role supports finance transformation efforts by combining process improvement, data, and technology to deliver timely, actionable insights across the enterprise.

As an FP&A Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting transformation projects for client's finance organizations
  • Driving finance transformation initiatives across planning, analytics, management reporting, and decision support processes
  • Developing financial models, scenario analyses, and performance insights to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to assess current-state finance processes and design scalable future-state solutions

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a quantitative field
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, finance transformation, or business finance
  • 3+ years of experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise resource planning systems, enterprise performance management tools, or data visualization tools
  • 3+ years of experience leading workstreams, project teams, or finance transformation initiatives
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or analytics
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Experience with Anaplan, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience designing planning, forecasting, management reporting, or driver-based planning processes
  • Experience applying automation, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence in finance workflows
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments supporting finance organizations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
