THE WORK:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Excel, while conducting critical path analysis, float review, logic corrections, and support recovery planning.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and costs using Excel and financial systems, supporting EVM, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, BI Publisher, and Excel to deliver clear insights on KPIs and performance trends.
  • Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to integrate schedule and cost impacts, and support submittal and coordination drawing reviews.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and responsibility matrices to improve workflows and enhance the cost, schedule, and design phases.
  • Various Worksites: Position is based Ocoee, FL HQ but telecommuting is permitted on a case-by-case basis.
    TRAVEL: Unanticipated travel to client sites in California and Chicago for on-site client support, and occasional unanticipated travel within the United States for conference attendance. Travel is unanticipated and is not expected to exceed two times per year.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Education Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Construction Management, Architecture-Engineering-Construction Management, or closely related.

Experience Requirements:
  • 15 months in job offered, Scheduling/Cost Analyst Intern, Architect, or closely related.

Special skills requirements:
  • Experience with schedule management including baseline vs. actual comparisons, cost control, and risk tracking across large-scale projects using Primavera P6, and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables for data aggregation, reporting, and analysis).
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis and critical thinking to assess project performance, review cost and schedule data, identify variances and trends, and support data-driven decisionmaking.
  • Develop weekly cost and schedule reports in Power BI, improving stakeholder visibility and consistency of reporting.
  • Knowledge of construction phases from design through closeout, with the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to validate scope, sequence activities, and integrate schedules effectively.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction contracts, technical specifications, project financials, and schedules to ensure compliance and alignment with project requirements.
