Contract Specialist


**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a Contract Specialist to provide full-lifecycle acquisition support including market research, solicitation drafting, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will bring DAWIA Level II equivalent contracting experience across multiple operational areas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support including market research, solicitation drafting, source selection support, contract administration, modifications, invoice review, closeout, and contract file management.
  • Note: this position may not perform inherently governmental contracting functions or execute contracts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

  • Experience equivalent to DAWIA Contracting Level II (or current DoD Contracting Professional Certification equivalent), plus demonstrated competence in at least two of three operational contracting areas (Construction, Services, Commodities)
  • "Proper and current" information assurance (IA) certification (DoDM 8140.03)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, or quantitative methods)
