Job description

Job Summary (BSA/AML Compliance Analyst: Junior, 3-month contract):
- Monitor company activities to minimize risk exposure via quantitative analysis, risk identification, and remediation.
- Support and represent the company's reputation by ensuring compliance with company, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all company activities adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and legal statutes.
- Conduct transaction monitoring and alert review to identify suspicious activities.
- Investigate, document, and escalate unusual activities and prepare required reporting.
- Utilize strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and financial crime regulations.
- Collaborate in a hybrid work environment: 3 days a week onsite in Miami, FL.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in AML compliance, transaction monitoring, alert investigation, and regulatory reporting.
- Candidates must be local to Miami, FL and able to convert without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship).
