About the Role

As a Supplier Quality Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted quality partner, helping ensure supplier performance, product conformity, and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly influence production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the delivery of high-quality aerospace products.

What You'll DoSupplier Quality & Product Verification
  • Perform source inspections at supplier facilities to validate product conformity and compliance with established requirements.

  • Assess supplier performance and identify opportunities for quality improvement.

  • Ensure products meet aviation quality standards before entering production.

Risk Management & Problem Resolution
  • Implement and validate containment actions to protect production schedules and operations.

  • Identify potential quality risks early and proactively escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Support rapid decision-making to reduce operational disruptions and maintain business continuity.

Quality Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances.

  • Maintain accurate quality records and reporting documentation.

  • Support compliance with regulatory and customer quality requirements.

Training & Quality System Support
  • Coordinate and deliver training related to:

    • Supplier Quality Management (SQM)

    • Auditing processes

    • PMA activities

    • Quality Assurance procedures

  • Develop and maintain quality-related training materials and presentations.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Compile, track, and analyze quality data and program metrics.
