  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Azure Entra ID, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to triage and resolve high-impact production issues under time pressure while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting incidents, resolution steps, escalation actions, and knowledge articles in an IT service management system or similar tool.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, runbooks, change controls, and escalation protocols.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment on the designated 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
  • Ability to respond to critical production incidents outside normal shift hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms.
  • Experience with IT/OT environments, network connectivity troubleshooting, segmentation concepts, and manufacturing infrastructure support.
  • Experience supporting shop floor hardware such as HMIs, scanners, label printers, industrial PCs, and production workstations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
  • Experience supporting SOX, cybersecurity, audit evidence collection, or regulated IT environments.

Core Competencies
