Title:
Integration Manager
KBR is seeking an Integration Manager to support a high-performing senior executive team within Space Systems Command. This position serves as a key integrator responsible for maintaining operational continuity, coordinating executive priorities, managing strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple stakeholders and organizational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, priorities, workflows, and competing commitments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and leadership intent.
  • Drive strategic project planning and execution by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and maintaining accountability across multiple initiatives.
  • Support high-visibility meetings, events, and engagements through agenda development, logistics coordination, briefing preparation, meeting facilitation, and action item management.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, decision-support materials, and status updates that provide leaders with timely and actionable information.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among senior leaders, staff directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and execution of priorities.
  • Track tasks, suspenses, and deliverables to ensure timely closure and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and operational agility.
  • Provide flexible operational and administrative support to executive leadership and staff directors while adapting to evolving priorities and mission requirements.
  • Serve as a backup to executive support personnel, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and continuity of operations functions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and confidentiality while supporting sensitive government activities and senior leadership engagements.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • An active Secret security clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting executive operations, organizational integration, project management, program management, executive administration, or similar leadership support functions.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, organizations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive actions to completion.

Desired:
  • Master's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Senior Executive Service (SES), Flag Officer, General Officer, or equivalent executive-level leadership.
  • Knowledge of Space Systems Command, U.S. Space Force, Department of the Air Force, or Department of Defense organizations and processes.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, executive operations, staff integration, or organizational management functions.
  • Familiarity with government acquisition, program management, and executive decision-making processes.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus across diverse organizations.

Work Environment:
  • Location: On-site at 2424 Garden of the Gods Rd.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
  • Working Hours: Standard

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40hrs
Basic Compensation:
$130,000 - $150,000
This range is for Colorado only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
