Job Description


  • Applications Level of knowledge/expertise: 0-2 years of experience
  • Job Profile: Coordinates all areas of system development, including preparation, execution and installation support to assure quality system changes.
  • Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.
  • Monitors and provides 24-hour daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
  • Leads major complex projects, plans, organizes, directs and develops all aspects of assigned projects, both technical and business.
  • Reviews and recommends vendor products, develops technical specifications and interfaces with other applications; and provides guidance to and reviews the work of other team members.
  • Investigates ways to improve existing processes and implements process improvements.
