Job Summary:
This position is for QA Team Lead, within the SIT team. Specifically operating as the QA Team Lead for the OnRoute Dispatch effort.
Job Description:
The Technical Team Lead position is responsible for daily management of SIT Kanban assignments and velocity burndown for their assigned team. Driving requests for support from the development team, including requests for new software build deliveries. They provide first level technical support to the other team members on their team, along with ensuring that they or other assigned testers attend the design/requirement meetings, including Sprint Planning Meetings for the product group.
The QA Team Lead is expected to work with development and SIT Manager to ensure test equipment for current/upcoming releases are identified, communicated, and followed up on. Expected to coordinate lab space and equipment by working with the SIT Manager and IT. Runs point when VM's or other equipment fails. Tracks burn down rates, and provides regular release status to SIT Manager.
