Quality Program Manager, Image Guided Therapy Devices

The Quality Program Manager analyzes project data and quality metrics to identify risks and trends early, implementing quality control plans that ensure compliance with standards while meeting project timelines and budgets. This role drives end-to-end quality framework execution across the project lifecycle by monitoring performance, addressing deviations, and leading corrective actions to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Your role:

  • Leads the planning and execution of quality activities across the project lifecycle, developing and implementing quality control plans aligned with Philips' QMS, DFM principles, Six Sigma goals, and project timelines. Ensures deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives through structured project oversight.
  • Analyzes quality data, metrics, and trends to proactively identify risks, non-conformances, and improvement opportunities. Applies problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, FMEA) to drive corrective actions and prevent defects impacting project delivery.
  • Monitors project quality performance through audits, inspections, and ongoing controls, identifying deviations from standards and implementing corrective actions. Escalates complex issues as needed to maintain compliance and minimize delays or rework.
  • Provides technical quality guidance to cross-functional teams, translating quality principles into actionable steps that support execution. Prepares and communicates clear quality reports, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
  • Drives continuous improvement by applying and adapting quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and supporting corrective and preventive action processes. Maintains accurate, centralized quality documentation to ensure compliance, knowledge sharing, and efficient project execution.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired a minimum of 5+ years of related quality engineering experience in the medical device industry.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of project management practices, quality management procedures and methodologies, Quality Management Systems (QMS), risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strong capabilities in documentation, reporting, and use of project management tools.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering, quality or related field. Master's degree preferred. Lean and/or project management certifications nice to have but not required.
  • You are a highly collaborative and customer-focused professional with strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and business acumen, who demonstrates ownership, learning agility, and servant leadership while effectively partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and deliver quality outcomes. Willing and able to travel up to 10% as required by business needs.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role.
