JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to meet project deliverables and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Management) or related STEM field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and contract management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex manufacturing environments with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in manufacturing or production environments, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Strong background in project planning, scheduling, budget ownership, and cost control.
- Experience with financial analysis and process optimization initiatives.
- Understanding of continuous improvement strategies and manufacturing efficiency methodologies.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations, quality standards, and information security practices within regulated industries.
- Exposure to sales support, bid development, or customer proposal processes is preferred.
