JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to meet project deliverables and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Manage customer contracts, service level agreements, and qualification requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in sales support and bid development activities to help secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and status communications to customers, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform financial analysis, cost tracking, and budget forecasting to support operational and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, production processes, and operational performance.
  • Oversee team assignments, monitor project performance, and provide leadership support in fast-paced environments.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting materials, and customer communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Support additional engineering and program management functions as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Management) or related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and contract management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex manufacturing environments with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience working in manufacturing or production environments, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong background in project planning, scheduling, budget ownership, and cost control.
  • Experience with financial analysis and process optimization initiatives.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement strategies and manufacturing efficiency methodologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, quality standards, and information security practices within regulated industries.
  • Exposure to sales support, bid development, or customer proposal processes is preferred.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations while balancing operational priorities and project deliverables.
