Position Overview

Power your future with Qualus as a Process Improvement Manager. This role is responsible forestablishingand leading theContinuous Improvementfunction within Qualus. This position drives enterpriseContinuous Improvementinitiatives from identification through implementation and operational adoption. The role partners with business leaders, operational groups, engineering teams, quality personnel, and support functions to improve efficiency, reduce organizational risk, standardize work processes, and improve execution consistency across the company.

The position owns the intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and measurement of improvement initiatives while providing change management support necessary to ensure sustainable adoption of implemented solutions.

The position serves as the primary leader for QualusContinuous Improvementinitiatives and may provide guidance and direction to Quality Engineers,Continuous ImprovementEngineers, analysts, and cross-functional project resources.

Responsibilities Continuous ImprovementLeadership
  • Establish andmaintainthe QualusContinuous ImprovementFramework.

  • Facilitate process assessments and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Lead current-state and future-state process design activities.

  • Develop implementation plans and improvement roadmaps.

  • Ensure improvements are sustainable and measurable.

Project & Portfolio Management
  • Manage a portfolio of simultaneous improvement initiatives.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, complexity, risk, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate project teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Provide portfolio reporting and executive updates.

Change Management
  • Conduct stakeholder and organizational impact assessments.

  • Develop communication, training, and adoption plans.

  • Facilitate implementation readiness activities.

  • Measure adoption and improvement effectiveness.

  • Support leaders through organizational change transitions.

Continuous Improvement
  • Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance measures.

  • Track benefits realization for implemented improvements.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and operations teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions.

  • Build relationships across operational and corporate functions.

  • Coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • Support growth and development of Continuous Improvement Engineers and analysts.

  • May directly supervise Continuous Improvement Engineers, Quality Engineers, Analysts, or other improvement resources.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or Associate’s degree with 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, project/program management, quality management, business transformation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating process mapping and root cause analysis.
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders.
