Job description

Are you an experienced plumbing professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service? Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a motivated and dependable Plumbing Installer to join our growing team!
We are seeking someone who is skilled, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality plumbing installations while providing an excellent customer experience. Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
What You'll Do
  • Install residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Perform installations including water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sewer lines, water lines, gas lines, fixtures, repipes, and plumbing system replacements.
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards, plumbing codes, and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose installation-related concerns and recommend solutions when needed.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, office staff, and technicians throughout the installation process.
  • Complete job documentation, photos, and required paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and job site.
  • Provide professional, respectful, and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Work closely with service technicians and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred
  • Residential and commercial plumbing knowledge
  • Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, and plumbing systems preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments
