You will plan, develop, and lead a team within the Framebridge manufacturing business to excel in the areas of safety, quality, and customer deliveries. As an Operations Manager, you are accountable for developing and installing consistent assembly and material flow processes within their areas of responsibility. The processes and workflows will drive very high levels of safety, quality yields, and deliveries based upon customer order dates. The Operations Manager will develop their team to ensure that goals are met consistently.
