Job description

A Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the Area Manager. The primary responsibilities of the General Manager include, directly supervising the restaurant employees, managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while constantly maintaining our standards of quality and service. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when restaurants are busiest.
