The Quality Manager leads supplier quality initiatives, including audits and performance evaluations, to ensure that incoming materials meet stringent quality criteria. By utilizing statistical process control and value stream mapping techniques, the role drives continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing scrap and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Quality Manager ensures that quality objectives support business goals, customer satisfaction, and compliance across all manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
