Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team in Claremore, Oklahoma. Quality Manager Benefits: Direct hire with comprehensive benefits package Monday-Friday schedule Competitive salary Opportunity for career advancement & growth Quality Manager Responsibilities: Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using proven quality methodologies to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Oversee receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications. Manage supplier quality programs, including evaluating vendor quality systems and addressing supplier-related quality concerns.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality inspectors, auditors, and technicians. Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and customers to establish and maintain product quality requirements. Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.

Manage calibration programs for inspection and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee document control processes to maintain accurate quality documentation and records. Coordinate with customers and third-party inspectors during audits, inspections, and quality reviews.

Manage the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process and support investigations into customer quality concerns. Stay current on industry standards, quality regulations, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.

5+ years of quality management, quality engineering, or quality assurance experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing quality personnel. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality auditing practices.

Experience utilizing quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working with supplier quality, product inspections, calibration programs, and quality documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and interface directly with customers and third-party inspectors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or similar quality certifications are preferred.

Experience within industrial manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial equipment manufacturing is highly preferred. #INDOMNI
