Job Description
Repair and maintenance of injection molding tools in accordance with internal specifications to ensure injection molding production.
Assembly and disassembly of screws and barrels for cleaning
Operating the fluidized bed cleaning system
Replacement of wear parts
Independent turning, milling, grinding of tool parts
Independent obtaining of quotations and orders for spare parts for the maintenance of injection cylinders
Index management of screws and barrels
Maintenance MES and SAP
Qualifications
Knowledge acquired as part of a 3-year technical vocational training (e.g. tool mechanic) and extended by 2 years of professional experience in the field of repair of injection molding tools.
2-3 years of experience with MES/SAP
2-3 years of injection molding troubleshooting
Must be mechanically inclined I.E., automotive mechanic, Field service tech, Farm mechanic.
Must be able to use a calipers
Must be able to read a tape measure,1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/8
Must have own tools, I.E., wrenches, sockets, torque wrench.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be available to work overtime ( weekends)
Willing to work second shift.
Must be organized when disassembly of tools and reassembly of tools take place.
