Job Description
  • Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards
  • Follow all safety guidelines and identify safety problems and support solutions
  • Pull and set molds from Injection Molding Machines and automation handling 
  • Support set up of auxiliary equipment and material supply to presses as needed
  • Ensure molds are running within set parameters - Daily process verification
  • Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues
  • Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
  • Identify quality defects and take corrective actions
  • Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area
  • Perform required quality checks
  • Material handling to and from machine
Qualifications
  • Experience in Injection molding or Injection blow molding processing in an industrial environment
  • Automation experience is a plus
  • Able to work a 12-hour day or night shift / Continental shifts
  • Attention to detail and able to handle measurement equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
