Willingness to work a 12-hour NIGHT shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3-on / 3-off rotation

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our injection molding operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine settings and outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Assist in training new employees on injection molding processes and equipment.

HOURS; 7:00 PM/ 7:00 AM

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in injection molding or a related manufacturing field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
