Job Title: Manhattan Warehouse Management System Consultant

Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in Manhattan WMS and OMS across retail and supply chain domains.
  • Establish and lead Delivery, Consulting, and Quality Engineering practices.
  • Design scalable solutions in collaboration with Manhattan and cross-functional consultants.
  • Provide technical leadership across WMS, DOM, EEM, TMS, Billing, SCI, JDA Allocations, SAP IS Retail/AFS/FMS, Slotting Optimization, and Labor Management.
  • Architect, implement, and support enterprise applications aligned with business goals.
  • Drive system stability through monitoring, capacity analysis, and root cause resolution.
  • Lead complex, precedent-setting projects with long-term impact.
  • Mentor junior consultants and manage operational teams to ensure excellence.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and consensus across business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS/OMS and retail supply chain systems.
  • Proven success in solution architecture, implementation, and support.
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycle, APIs, and integration technologies.
  • Experience with SAP IS Retail/AFS/FMS, SCI, and labor optimization tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage operations and influence short-term outcomes.
