Familiarity with quality management systems (such as ISO 9001), statistical analysis tools (like Minitab or Excel), and certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean are commonly required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills help distinguish top performers in this role. These competencies are crucial for identifying inefficiencies, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within an organization.
