Quality Management Specialist

Mandatory Qualifications:
At least seven (7) years of experience performing Quality Management services for a software implementation.
At least five (5) years of hands-on experience developing and building Quality Management Programs.
Desirable Qualifications:
Five (5) or more years of experience, as a Quality Management Specialist working on behalf of a Federal or State agency, collaborating with third party contractors (e.g. system integrator or solution implementer) to ensure the solution provided quality outcomes and technically sound and sustainable solutions.
Three (3) or more years of experience providing Quality Management activities at a California State agency.
Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience working as software Quality Management Specialist with a pension or financial system.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex and technical concepts clearly to a broad range of stakeholders in a written and oral context.
Demonstrated ability to conduct Quality Assurance and Testing assessments.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and ability to logically approach problems and document findings.
Demonstrated ability to organize material, analyzes a wide variety of facts, and develop appropriate recommendations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation.
