Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Inspection at First Article, in-process, receiving incoming (materials & processing) and final inspections of products according to company established procedures and customer requirements.

- Perform accurate dimensional and visual inspection of raw material, components and sub-assemblies.

- Able to read and interpret complex drawings and specification requirements

- Able to use a CMM and various inspection tools and devices

- Document and analyze inspection results and any non-conformances according to established procedures

- Familiar with AS9100, ISO9001 or other quality systems

- Detail oriented, with emphasis on accuracy

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

- Some college preferred

- Five years related experience and/or training

- Work experience in Aerospace industry desired

- Strong mathematical and problem solving skills

- Strong computer skills
