Job description

At DentalEZ, quality isn't just a checkpoint-it's what makes every product trustworthy in a dental professional's hands. We're looking for a Quality Inspector who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and being the person who makes sure everything is just right before it reaches the field.
If you like working with your hands, your head, and a strong sense of pride in accuracy, you might fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the gatekeeper of quality across manufactured and received materials. Your work ensures that what leaves our facility meets the highest standards.
Day to day, you will:
  • Inspect manufactured and incoming materials for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform first article inspections on in-house and received parts
  • Identify, investigate, and help resolve nonconforming materials
  • Participate as a member of the Material Review Board
  • Support corrective action investigations for internal and field complaints
  • Calibrate, manage, and safeguard inspection tools, gauges, and fixtures
  • Coordinate outside calibration services for larger equipment
  • Audit processes and equipment to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Operate a forklift as needed
  • Keep things moving with additional support tasks as assigned
  • Maintain prompt, reliable attendance (your team counts on you!)
What You Bring to the Table
We're looking for someone who blends technical skill with curiosity and accountability.
You'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints (ANSI Y14.5M)
  • Experience with hand inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Comfort working with Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)
  • Strong attention to detail and a self-starting mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Experience using Windows-based computer systems
  • Familiarity with systems like Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory tools is a plus

Bonus mindset traits:
  • You naturally ask "why did this happen?"
  • You enjoy improving systems, not just following them
  • You can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus on accuracy
  • You're calm under pressure and steady when things get busy
The Kind of Work Environment You'll Step Into
This is a role for someone who likes being active, engaged, and hands-on. You'll:
  • Move between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility
  • Work with small, detailed components requiring steady hands and sharp vision
  • Use computers regularly for documentation and tracking
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Operate in a fast-paced, evolving production environment
  • Collaborate across teams while also working independently
Why This Role Matters
Every inspection you complete, every measurement you verify, and every issue you help resolve directly protects product integrity and customer trust. You're not just checking parts-you're safeguarding the standard.
If you're detail-driven, hands-on, and ready to be part of a team where precision truly matters, this could be your next great move.
Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, disability or protected veteran status or any other status protected by law.
