Skills and Experience:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Verify products meet engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials.
  • Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before shipment.
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
