Location: Three Rivers
Shift: 1st shift Mon-Thursday 6am-4pm
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you detailoriented and committed to accuracy? We’re seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Three Rivers, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards before they reach customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys handson inspection work, follows procedures closely, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quality Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
Inspecting products and materials: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
Using measurement tools: Work with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify product accuracy.
Documenting results: Record inspection findings, complete quality reports, and communicate issues to supervisors or production leads.
Identifying defects: Detect nonconforming parts, tag or quarantine defective items, and assist with rootcause information when needed.
Supporting production: Work closely with machine operators and assemblers to maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area: Follow all safety procedures, handle materials properly, and support general housekeeping tasks.
In addition, you may assist with incoming material checks, final inspections, rework verification, and other quality-related tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or assembly preferred but not required.
Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, rulers, etc.).

Quality Tools, PPAP, APQP, MSA, PFMEA

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
