Join a leading manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector at our Santa Fe Springs facility. This 1st shift position offers hands-on experience with complex inspection equipment in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. [Responsibilities]
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished components using advanced measurement and testing equipment, including CMM operation and setup
- Verify SPC data for final part acceptance and ensure accurate documentation through MES systems
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements
- Inspect returned goods, identify discrepancies, and generate required reports and certificates of conformance
- Maintain proper segregation and documentation of nonconforming materials
- Develop and implement inspection instructions as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining focus on quality and productivity
[Required Skills and Experience]
