Job description

Indrotec Staffing and Workforce Management is looking for a Quality Inspectorto join Colder Products Company's team, based in Roseville, MN.


CPC (Colder Products Company) is the industry leader in the design and manufacture of specialized quick disconnect couplings for the life sciences, industrial, and chemical handling markets.Used around the world in a broad range of applications, connection technologies from Colder Products Company allow flexible tubing to be quickly and safely connected and disconnected, reducing spills and increasing safety.Colder Products Company, a Dover company, is based in St. Paul with global offices and operations in Europe and Asia.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect and product per the provided instructions and specifications
  • Record results of inspections
  • Identify the accepted/defective product with a Job (lot) number and date produced
  • Generate a non-conformance report and document defining issues with questionable product
  • May use statistical tools such as Excel spreadsheets to chart variances for improvement
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Enforces the importance of Quality and Customer expectations
  • Demonstrates support of CPC core values
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs


Benefits

  • Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
