HiFyve is hiring for a Quality Inspector in the Precision Manufacturing industry

Salary: $25+/hour depending on experience

Shift Options:

1st Shift:

Monday – Thursday

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday:

6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Fridley, MN

This role supports manufacturing operations by performing quality inspections on machined components and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The Quality Inspector will inspect parts, use measuring equipment, review documentation, and communicate quality issues with the manufacturing team.

Job Responsibilities

Inspect machined components for defects, dimensions, and overall quality

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality requirements

Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

Identify and communicate quality issues to production and supervision
